That Liverpool side had Xavi Alonso, prime Gerrard and Torres. It'd be something else doing it with Tom Davies in midfield.

No Torres. He arrived the season after the second final. Mascherano was there though. Top class midfield but the rest of the team was a bit meh.

Just proves the point again that you don't need 11 good players to make a good team.
