Piecing it together, it seems like Reguilon the Spurs left back became aware of something happening in the crowd. Called the ref's attention to it.

In the meantime Dier went to the Spurs bench and urged their physio to get across with a defibrillator.

Play stopped, ref then stopped the half early.

Been watching football for over 30 years never seen anything like this.

Maybe because the game is televised and the stand is in view of where the camera is pointing, looks like it was a few rows at the front.

Doubt it. There will be a small fleet of ambulances at the ground anyrate. Would be in one of them before a chopper was taking off most likely.

But awkward isn’t it. However what he is saying is correct everyone should be trained in basic first aid and CPR. Should be taught at schools. It’s so vital.
