Without being crude, it’s probably one of the better places to have a medical emergency is a premier league ground.

My dad died of a heart attack in the morning a few years ago. He would have been at a packed Goodison a few hours later.

Sound more like expedition nurses that. Can do most things in a emergency, but like you say, the principle point of helicopter assistance is speed of response/remoteness of urgent medical facilities
