that (unfortunately) isn't an unusual thing - not sure when the last time it happened at GP but I can remember it happening at Fulham away around 2004/5 (when they were at Loftus Road), the poor bloke was only a few rows behind us

I recall someone died of a heart attack when we played Stoke in August 2016. Game wasn't suspended - I'd be curious to know the difference between this situation and that one.
