They have more trophies than Everton in the past 5 seasons, and were raided for talent. They are currently better than Everton.

They also have more than Spurs and only lost 2 big players over 2 seasons (Kante, Myhrez the following season). They won the league yet wasn't only until last season they finished above us. The point made was that we'd need "2 windows" to be level with them. Don't buy it.
