Do you deliberately make an effort to be the most pointless and pathetic poster on this forum?
To be fair, Dave’s got a point, it’s just not football as we know it and until it is, it means nothing.

I've watched every single Everton game since lockdown started which is more games than I'd normally watch in a season. Yes it's weird hearing the crowd noises knowing there is no one there but it is still football and still the team I've supported for 40 years. To be fair, Dave’s got a point, it’s just not football as we know it and until it is, it means nothing.
Of course, but Dave is giving his opinion, as I am. I’ve no doubt you give yours? It’s a forum after all?Thats for each of us to make our own mind up about, isnt it ?

I agree, its just project refarce 2.
Wont stop me from enjoying it, but anything we do this season is tainted.
Sorry MG this is nonsense. It's the new normal, is rubbish but that's where we are. If we finish top 4 or do the unimaginable, there is nothing ruining it for me. Yes, it's different, but life is
Can't be compared to last year as everyone in the same mad boat from the start
Its still not proper footy.
I spent all the restart complaining and I'm not gonna change my mind just cos we look like Brazil 1970.
Its a pale shadow of proper footy this, football is nothing without fans.
But again, nothing will stop me enjoying it, its still Everton winning games, that feeling never changes.
It is.... but I’m still enjoying watching Everton be actually good at football. I’d rather be watching it from the stands at Goodison, but it is what it is.Anyone who thinks this muck being served up is in any way shape or form worth getting agitated or elated about need to put the lid back on the evostick tin.
It is a farce. An utter sham completely devoid of any meaning or worth.
Empty stadiums and canned crowd noises. Photos of fans heads in plastic bucket seats. Players on the bench wearing masks when theylve just been necking their own team mates after a goal.
It's an appalling simulacrum and a sick joke.
VAR taking 5 minutes to decide goals and penalties has probably sucked the life out of the game more in my opinion.Anyone who thinks this muck being served up is in any way shape or form worth getting agitated or elated about need to put the lid back on the evostick tin.
