Surprised Conte stayed on at Inter, seemed he already had one foot out the door ahead of the Europa League final last season. 2nd in Serie A right now behind in-form Milan but Juve are still the safe bet to end up as champions. Finishing 3rd and being out of Europe so early would be a disastrous season for them.

Juve's time to slip is coming. I honestly don't think they've been dominant for a few years now in Italy but they keep getting it done. The difference is they brought Ronaldo in to get the CL and they are going to get rather desperate come Spring time to finish it off. Inter, Milan and potentially Napoli will all be more interested in the Scudetto.

The other thing with Inter is they utterly dominated in all 4 games against Shakhtar and Gladbach and drew 3 of them. Sometimes it isn't your year. I think if given patience Conte will get trophies there, but who knows how much patience they possess.

I rated Conte very highly after his first season at Chelsea, but he's turned out to be a complete and utter chequebook manager with no idea how to build a team.

Inter's recruitment is on par with Everton's.

Wait what? You rated Conte and now you don't because in his first season at a club he finished second and got to a European final and this season is again second? I get they went out but sometimes you don't get the bounces which is mostly the story of this campaign.

ironically they might get the league now they have no Europe.
Serie A has the makings of being a great championship battle this season.

Right now, it's hard to pick from AC, Inter, Juve and Napoli.

I've had a little flutter on Napoli, AC off to a flyer, thought Zlatans latest injury would see them drop points but they've picked up vital wins since he's been out.

Personally don't see Inter winning it.

His record in the Champions League is woeful, and losing a Europa League final doesn't count for much when you've spent more money than most of the clubs in the competition that you were bombed out of at the first hurdle (twice).

Serie A must be completely on its arse if they're winning every week with players that were finished in England five years ago.

Serie A has always been like that. Lucas Leiva is genuinely great for Lazio. That isn't a new phenomenon.

It wouldn't shock me if they lifted the Scudetto.
