I've gone with Ijjy on this. I'd like them to do well and hope they play some decent stuff. Tunisia will be a hard game as they are a decent side, so we need to get off to a good start against them. Expect them to play a back 5 against us, and we have found it hard to break down teams who have done this. Still, given the draw I expect us to come through the group and the last sixteen tie. If we do this and manage to play some attractive football along the way, I'll be happy. I'm not expecting anything special though and find it hard to build up any real enthusiasm for us or the competition as a whole.

Of course that will probably change in the unlikely event we get through to the semis.

Very little ego and they seem to get on with one another. Southgate also seems to have a tactical plan that is contemporary

I'm English and I like football, supporting England is just a given as far as I'm concerned. Some t*ts have represented the side but the same can be said for Everton.

He's no yes man at least which is what I feared when he was appointed and he's clearly got the players getting on, no drama, getting the press on side. I'd happily take the Quarters, that'd be progress considering the last few showings. Would love to beat Belgium as well and put a pin in their golden generation hype
