He will get booed to be honest. Evening kick off, people talking about it in the pub all afternoon, not gonna be a passive crowd at all.

I like you Goat ...you know I do mate but I think you underestimate our Supporters . Tanked up or not I think we still know how to behave . I trust our fans to do the right thing .

I doubt I will boo, will make a judgement based on his body language and anything else that happens between now and the game. But at the moment I dont intend on booing any Everton player, I dont think its something ive EVER done.

I reckon everyone reading this thread sings "THERE'S ONLY ONE JOLEON LESCOTT" tomorrow before the kick-off.

The 3-years he has had here he has been outstanding. Booing him is pathetic. His head's been turned but the fact remains if Everton do decide to sell him he will bring a lot of money into this football club... at least 4 times the amout we paid for him in the space of 3-years.

We should celebrate his time at the club and get behind him while he still wears the royal blue of Everton. Booing a player who is playing for your club is crazy. If you feel the need to boo at least wait until he plays against us with City if you must!

I'm not going to boo, mate.

But handing in a transfer request this close to the season rather than earlier? Not on.

Mostly our fans are decent and good, but theres the odd bad apple mate, you know yourself, you sat next to 1 last season. It just needs a few of them and their voice willl be heard.

I think most fans will back him, I hope he appreciates it, he clearly didnt at the Malaga game.

I agree 100%. Moyes has said exactly the same thing and I'm sure he wont sell until he is happy. It's up to City to make him an offer he can't refuse, as they've turned Lescott's head but so far their valuation doesn't match Moyes'.

He will remain an Everton player when and if that day arises.

I think he was probably very embarassed at the end of that match , knowing full well he was in the process of handing his request in .

We'll never know what's going to happen here untill the window closes , so it would be highly beneficial for all parties if we could get a final and ultimate statement from somebody so we can get on with supporting the club .
