Time to recall Jutkiewicz

Wonder will get fees for the pair!

Motherwell have extended the loan deals of Everton duo John Ruddy and Lukas Jutkiewicz ahead of a possible longer stay.

The month-long extension allows the clubs to discuss the players' futures during the transfer window, as the pair are wanted by Well on a long-term basis.

Motherwell general manager Leeann Dempster says the extension will hopefully allow the clubs to now thrash out a deal which suits both parties.

She said: "This extension gives us a little bit more time to get things sorted with Everton.
"We are very keen to keep both players but with the January transfer window promising to be busy for both clubs, this gives us a safety net to ensure the guys can play in our vital matches this month."

Goalkeeper Ruddy, 23, has made 20 league and cup starts for Well, while striker Jutiewicz has scored seven times in 14 starts and two substitute appearances in the SPL.

Dempster added: "John and Lukas have done exceptionally well for us in the first half of the season and they both enjoy it at the club.

"It's now a case of thrashing out a deal with Everton that works for both parties."
But French defender Yassin Moutaouakil has returned to Charlton Athletic after three-and-a-half months at Fir Park.

Do you still hold the same opinion of him 10 months on from when you said he was ..... ahem .... [Poor language removed]?

No, he'll never make it in the prem. He's found his footing in a poor league compared to the prem. So yeah, he's still [Poor language removed] that's why he went and we should flog him.

Thought I'd come on here and pass on word about The Juke. He has had a great season up here at Motherwell. The guy is the perfect balance between the archetypes of Goalscorer and Target man. 90% of the high balls he recieves he controls, usually on the chest, before turning and beating a man. I'm not saying he is a world beater but given the right service he could score against anyone.

He does so much 'donky work' it's unreal. The guy has also played games while virtually on one leg, showing his dedication no end. He's probably got as many assists as goals (11) this season which is a great dynamic for any striker to have.

Oh aye, he happened to score a 'world class' , Van Basten-esque goal last night to secure us a 6-6 draw against our 4th place rivals. It is on the bbc sport homepage as one of the most viewed videos, although... it is the 12th goals so you can skip the first 5 minutes if you don't want to wait.

I loved his crosfield ball though against sunderland to bainsey.

He has never been given a chance to show his ability on the pitch so yes I would have him back
