He has never been good enough for Everton. Old Whiskey nose knew a thing or two about football, he wasn't long getting rid. Bar perhaps 2 seasons he has been absolutely dire.

I know I made the comment in jest about forcing martinez into the market through weight of booing on sunday, but the more I think about it, the more appealing and sensible it sounds.

Yeah that was horrific. As have been all the penalties he has giving away, the amount of goals conceded at corners. Kuyt out jumping him in the Derby from a yard out stands out. The fa cup winner from Lampard, distribution woeful.
