He was great last season. He's been terrible this season. People's reactions aren't exactly unusual.

That previous form isn't helping right now though. A couple of bad games, then fair enough, but a poor half season requires prompt action, be that a spell on the sidelines, singing a different keeper entirely or simply extra work and training practice.
