He offers pretty much zero even in these international games now, he's energy has nearly gone, he's walking most of the time, and fair enough too. Pops up with an ace goal when he can, and you can get away with that in slower international football, but in the Premier League we'd be playing with 10 (9 if Osman was on ffs) most games.

Living legend and happy to leave him that way.

Offers zero ......Are you (inappropriate language to be inserted here) joking?
He has virtually scored all of Ozs goals for the last 2 years. More WC goals than Messi or Ronaldo. MLS player of the year. Works his proverbials off in every game. If anything his game is improving.

The pace is slower, he works his proverbials off for a couple of seconds whilst the ball is near him and then goes into shut down. Yes he offers those goals, but Australia have to pick him as they have nobody else of any quality in that position.

I'm saying in the Premier League he'd be a passenger. You'd be mental to think otherwise.

Lol what? He's been world class for Australia this year. He was dominant in the World Cup and has been outstanding in the Asian Cup. He's adjusted his game accordingly and has seen results.

My point is the Premier League is a higher standard than most of the games he's been playing in the Asia Cup, and that he wouldn't have the legs for playing a game every few days.

Of course he's class, he's just not class for 90 mins anymore.

Total egomaniac on twitter. I mean absolutely unbearable. For that alone, I'd avoid him. Might seem ridiculous (him being an Everton legend and all that), but those of you stupid enough to be on twitter and following him know what I'm talking about. Right gents?
