Ticket poll for Brighton

Obviously the club have hatched this plan, but have been unable to fulfill it. As far as I can tell, hardly any (if any at all), emails sent out to ballot participants, despite promising to do so by Thursday. Others being allocated seats late into the evening. Can just imagine that the box office staff are totally overwhelmed. Probably working with notebooks and pencils.
And don't forget, that it's not that long ago that they partnered up with Ticketmaster, who, as most of us have probably experienced, could sell and allocate 10,000 tickets in minutes.
This club are a joke.
They've got a tombola in the ticket office as we speak.

So tomorrow then perhaps, judging by some getting tickets in the ballot and some maybe not
Yeah, if it’s a sell-out following the ballot (very likely I’d guess for the first game), then Resale opens tomorrow at 10am for FB+ and FB members.

If it’s not a sell-out, the remaining tickets go on sale at 10am to FB+ (that did not enter the ballot), and FB, on a first come first serve basis. Once all have sold, then the Resale opens.

Jeez, really! FB+ members still get a look in, I thought that would've been the point of the ballot for them to get priority, and only thereafter it's FB

I’ve been charged £67 (pending) but no ticket that I can see on the website or app. All will be revealed soon I guess 😂
Looks like you've got a North Stand ticket. Have you checked your ticket history then clicking on the one with today's date. That's where I found mine

Anyone know if the whole of Block 128 is the Family Stand? Been allocated (wasn't either of my 2 preferernces) two seats in 128 row 14 inc for my 18 yr old son. Confirmation states fans may get moved if they don't qualify for the Family area - and we don't!! 🤫

All of 128 is Family Stand, and yeah, the rule is (or was!):

“Bookings in the Family Area are for family groups comprising at least one Junior (Under-18) and one Adult per group, and a maximum of two Adults to one Junior in the group.”

I’m guessing that they were maybe struggling to fill the Family Stand based on their own criteria, so are maybe bending the rules to get it filled. Maybe as your son was only just 18 you’ve been stuck in there?

Cheers and you may well be right. Given the club chose to put us there and they clearly know we're both adults, I'll assume they knew what they were doing! 😀

So where would you be moved to? When they are allocating the tickets they should take that you don`t qualify into account and offer you tickets elsewhere, unless there are no seats together to allocate.

Slightly disappointed to not get a ticket through the ballot. But after paying for the Forever Blue + membership, the least they can do is email to say whether successful or not.

Feels like whatever system they have isnt working, some getting payments out close to midnight last night, but no email or tickets.
Seems like a fairly decent chance though, first game will have been very popular I would expect to get to a decent amount of games with FB+ even if it’s not a guarantee.

Feels like standard FB is going to be a bit of a bust though

Given how slow it all played out yesterday I suspect it was a very manual process.
