This has all the hallmarks of post mad Friday breakdown I’m afraid.

Either our bluenose friend has woken up to find a Bella emburg lookalike beside him in bed or he embarrassed himself in front of his mates by pissing his pants.

Come on lad which is it?

A problem shared an all that.

You're the problem Bully, a problem halved and all that, sadly half of you is still about 20 stone so we still have a considerable problem. Get out and leave Bainsey alone you fat bigoted bully.

I'd rather nice football went out of the window temporarily than premiership football going for who knows how long. We are in a pragmatic period where we need to do what it takes to be in a position to move forward how we'd all like to. In the SKY preamble, they showed the exciting 3-6 defeat to Chelsea under Bobby Brown shoes, is that what you'd rather have?

We needed points so he's doing his job, but Moshiri will bin him off in the summer if we aren't playing better stuff by the end of the season.

I'll expect to see better attacking football by February and us looking to have a go at winning games against the top 4.
There a few things to think about, Sam has inherited a squad, none are his own choice of players so he needs a transfer window before we can judge him, he hasn't really got a striker (a few wannabe strikers, but not a proper one). Also in the main we have been dire against the top sides for as long as I can remember, away has been dreadful, most of the time at home hasn't been very good either. So to get draws against Liverpool and Chelsea with what he had is brilliant imo.

What the hell is this ‘football’ FFS?

Completely and utterly embarrassing. Get this utter fraud of a manager as far away from this great club as possible. My season ticket is now in the bin.

Get out. Just GET OUT!!!
its a joke really.

In all honestly in normal times yes I do prefer the attitude of trying to beat teams by playing good quality football and accepting that sometimes that will lead to crazy games like that one when players mistakes are ruthlessly punished.

But there is a time and a place for it and as you say after our early season form, and the resultant knock on confidence and loss of points, we are in a period where pragmatism is best.
