As others have said... we've simply missed the boat when it came to the investment - it's arrived far too late. No amount of money is going to get us kicking on now, football has moved on and the richest clubs, as they are currently established, will sit atop the perch forever.

Rubbish, it’s because we don’t have a good scouting system that buys players that fits the system. Spending £45m on players like gylfi is why we are here, not because we missed the boat on investment
