Huge amount of money being spent but why not spent it on a proven coach?

I didn't start this thread to call for anyone's job just start some discussion on what can be done to change the mediocrity that is EFC. To win Like it's the 60's and 80's again. It's a deep rooted probably. a top heavy money problem, even the ref's and officials are fans of the big 6 clubs.

I feel like it will never happen now and we missed our chance when Moyes had us around the 4th and 5th area, we needed investment then to push on. We missed the boat. Even a few years ago Spurs were on our level now they are light years ahead.
