Things we learned

Siggy bring nothing to the team...Coleman needs to close down attackers and stop finger pointing...Pickford still doesn’t know how to catch a ball...our CB’s are not up to the job...

Martinez did far more damage and seems to get a free pass on here. One of the disciples of slow tippy tappy nonsense.

Huh? Martinez was a disappointment after a very good first season, but he didn't waste £100m odd on players that we still can't shift. The bad smell that Koeman helped create is still here.

They were both bad managers in different ways.

Many on here said that him and Walsh set us back 5 years, and it looks now to be an accurate assessment

1). Don't get too excited and optimistic after a run of 4 good performances put you top of the league because this is Everton and they will suck all of that excitement and optimism right back out of you with a poor run of performances and results.

Fundamentally our team is packed with players who lack pace to move themselves or the ball forward quickly and get into positions to receive the ball again in a position higher up the pitch. That same lack of pace is keeping us deep in the pitch meaning the opposition can get through two thirds of the pitch with hardly any resistance. We sit deep to protect space but still concede from simple crosses and then do not have the pace to play counter attack or drive forward quickly when we get the ball. So predictable to play us.

I've learned that once again against my will and better judgement everton have dragged me into a season and given me hope only to yet again crush it and laugh at me like a school bully laughing while a little part of me dies inside.

Also that that Bruno Fernandes is more cheat than talent.

And bent referees are still there to help the sky brands to the top of the league.

And we are clearly living under a rs curse.

And I'm sticking to non-league for my viewing pleasure from now on.

I learned we still have no Plan B when Richarlison is out. Which we better figure out really quickly because the way we're going we are going too lose our Plan A at the end of the season.

1) Learned never to get hopes up of Everton being a good team.
2) The Derby ruins our season every year
3) We got carried away after beating a few teams destined for relegation battle
4) roy keane was right
5) The standard is terrible
It's getting to the point and I am being serious where we may as well just send them the points and not put ourselves through the trauma of the 90 minutes, yeah we got a point this year but the consequences of the game again have been far reaching.
