Things we learned

I think the first four fixtures were kind, and gave a false impression of standard of the team. I’ve never seen Spurs so pathetic as they were in that first game, they didn’t lift a leg and looked as though they had downed tools.

A few on here got carried away with a few players. Michael Keane for example. Unfortunately, Michael Keane will always be Michael Keane, static, cumbersome, and lacking in positional sense. A decent forward will always rinse him. The lad from Watford is robust, but has limitations on the ball. A non creative central midfield of him and Allan is overkill from a defensive standpoint.

Top six would be a great achievement for this team.

Learned that we have no depth. Miss a few pieces and we are average or worse

Learned that we need signings

Also learned that I have fallen in love with this club and my frustration is only that I know that we can do better. That we are close.

I stand by this team. Season is long. Injuries to James, Coleman have hurt us. Richy's suspension has hurt us.

We need to regroup and hopefully have a nice run with a fit James and an available Richy.

We are still a bunch of bottling tits that can’t even handle a derby draw without having a mental breakdown. Carlo has apparently been abducted and replaced by Bizarro Carlo as well

Keane is an absolute donkey, always has been, he's been less of a donkey since lockdown but still crap. People going on about how good he is when we are conceding 2/3 goals every single game

Don’t get red card and your team is down to 10 men with no going back, Then you get 3 match suspension and we lose 3 matches in a row because you are our main goal threat. Cry.

Not sure on exact stats, but a large proportion of the goals we concede are coming down our right flank.

Coleman (or other RB standing in for him) is massively exposed with James pushed up further forward. It's clear that opposing teams are targeting this every match.

Siggy is total garbage as a 10. As is Gomes.

So why on earth has Carlo not started James in the 10 role, putting a more mobile player who'll track back more on the right wing?
James would be freed up to create havoc where he's most dangerous, behind DCL.

And just what has Gordon got to do to get some game time? Christ, whose chips has he pîssed on?
