2025/26 Thierno Barry

Mate, you have just messed up.
accept it, or find me a single other person that comes to your conclusion from that post.

You dig and dig, and counter back with such weak responses.
there is nothing wrong with reading a post wrong, everyone does it. But stop fighting a losing battle..

The amount of people that would come back hard on you in these debates, but I give you a way out with no angry responses and you refuse to take it..

One day it's a haircut, the next day it's a car crash 🤷‍♂️

I think a season loan somewhere is probably more likely.
We've not long invested ~£27m in this guy (not a lot by todays standards I grant you). Never in a million years do I see him going out on loan. Methinks the club will see a 22y/o striker [at time of purchase] as a long term plan, and in all fairness, the 6 goals in 30 games so far this season I think the club will be reasonably pleased about, given its a "new league, new culture, new country, young lad, toughest league" etc etc

Keep in mind, we spent the previous year BEGGING a Sunday league level striker who has averaged 4 goals a year for the last 4 years to sign a new deal here. 6 in 30 (so far) for Barry might not be deemed the worst start. I can see how the club might see potential there (after all, we can't go and spend £120m on an Isak-level player like some can). For £27m you'd think 7/8/9/10 goals a year seems about fair, and bungling Barry isn't far off that in year one.
