I did, and I’m not surprised after the boos. The lad made a mistake, but some of our fans need to give their head a wobble.

I wouldn't boo him, but I don't blame the fans that travelled away he tried to make out like thugs for not tolerating his brothers jumping and shouting at them.

I don't see any problem with the booing when he came on. He chose to publicly try and shame our supporters and he got a public response today. Hopefully that's the end of it and everyone can move on now.

Glad he got a good boo, actions have consequences. However both parties need to move on now, up to him if he can rise above it or down tools.

Neither Beto nor Barry are the answer, both seem pretty similar players or have similar strengths, but today’s performance and Beto’s general demeanour and profile make him look far more suited than Barry.

Love Beto's enthusiasm and commitment. A nice guy! Pity his holdup and ball control isn't up to the quality needed in the Prem Lge.

I booed Schneiderlin that time we were 3-0 up and he came on because Schneiderlin was a coward.

Barry did not deserve it and it was poor form imo.

I didn't care for the boos today. Yes he objectively deserves it, he's a spoilt, arrogant little man-child, but booing him was completely unproductive. He won't be here come the start of next season. We all know it. But while he's here we might as well squeeze everything from him that we can. Hopefully he scores a few more this season, raises his value and then buggers off the second the transfer window opens.

The booing could work either way, could humble him and make him understand he must do much better on and off the pitch maybe light a fire in him or he could get a titty lip about it and it end his Everton future. Judging by how he was straight done the tunnel I think we have our answer. Don’t think he has the bollocks to play for Everton to be perfectly honest

No I’ve always stated Beto is crap but his attitude is great and can’t knock it I also prefer him out the 2 but neither are the answer, after last season thought Beto deserved to be the starting striker and it was his position to lose Barry got his chance and he’s back out the team. Haven’t come on to insult him I simply replied to your comment as that’s what a forum is mate an open discussion of opinions, find you not grasping what a forum is weird behaviour.
