Even if he does get a book deal, I don’t see how anyone could possibly find it offensive. Former Presidents writing and publishing their memoirs is a tradition as old as this country.
If somebody is willing to pay money to somebody that is in the public eye or is seen to have an interesting story to tell then that is their problem. Not many people would turn that money down if somebody offered it, I have no issue with this. It is something that has happened, is happening and will always happen.
So, good on you for not being a hypocrite, however, the thing you are not being a hypocrite over is a relatively dumb thing to be mad about.
But apparently he has "zero effing experience".
I wonder what "experience" Trump's family all had that made them qualified for their roles in his first term?

I said the Bush and Clinton children had no experience, as in their TV gigs. Yet for some reason networks decided to throw money at them. Former Presidents sign big money book deals. The GOP and DNC then buy the books in bulk. That's why publishers can throw such big money at former Presidents. It's a scam.

Fact: People with no experience have been getting jobs since time began. Sometimes people who are already known in one area are offered jobs in other areas, even if they have no experience in that other area.
What do you think of footballers writing biographies, or maybe actors, or maybe astronauts. I mean they will be bought in bulk by people who want to read about those people and their lives. I have noticed that there are few celebrities who are writing fiction despite not originally from the writing world. Getting publication deals easily, maybe because of their name. Is that bad, if they end up a good read, despite them not previously having experience.
Maybe you are saying books are a scam, it could explain a lot?
