I’m old enough to remember when he was talking about addressing the price of groceries. Since Election Day, all he’s talked about is conquering other countries and worthless nonsense like this. I highly doubt all these other places that enjoy the perks of not being American (namely health care) are going to forfeit those things willingly.
I’m sure the people of Greenland can’t wait to swap their Danish subsidised free healthcare in favour of paying 500 USD a month for a system that actively tries to deny them access to it.
Likewise I’m sure the Trump supporters who want to put America first can’t wait to see their tax dollars pay the massive subsidies Denmark currently puts towards propping up the Greenland economy.

You’ll see a lot more of the Greenland conversation going forward. As polar ice melts, there’ll be far more shipping lanes in the Northern Sea & that’s even before we talk about natural resources.
