To be honest I'm not one of any people, general discourse has become left and right. Either side sees the other as extreme without much middle ground. I've even read on here in the past some people telling others they can't be central on a subject, had to pick a side one way or another (almost a with us or against us mentality!).

I think reality is both sides are as bad as each other and act the same as each other, albeit in different styles. These sides seem to only exist online though , I am sure in real life people would have much more civilised conversations about these subjects.

So which side are you? The ‘be kind to people’ bishop or, the ‘minority hater’ trump??

What effect does ‘woke lunacy’ have on yours or anyone else’s life or day to day? Of all the very real threats we face and problems experienced by people and families, where does this rank when compared to global warming, mainstream xenophobia, access to healthcare, housing, food prices etc.

It’s a lovely distraction from real world problems and the right have latched onto it in order to get elected whilst the left tie themselves in knots trying to react.

Trump’s budget advisor claimed today that feeding poor kids is "woke." It’s become a buzzword to sell Americans on an economic agenda supposedly aimed at "ending wokeness/DEI," when in reality, it’s all about enriching those at the top.
