I thought Claus Thomsen straight away, it was either £900,000 we paid for him from Brondby or he was on £9,000 a week when he joined, either way, not a very good purchase.

Did score a goal against Liverpool, too bad it was at the wrong end, I remember that night, March 1997, (or April), it came on teletext that it was Carragher, had to leave, came back and it finished 1-1, Ferguson with a 'superlative' effort as Hansen said later.

Fowler and Unsworth and fisticuffs near the end, I think that was the right fixture.

I remember being at Derby's Pride Park (before Alio showed them how it's done) and he was taken off at half time.

I've never seen a worse player. Not for us, not for anyone.
