The first birthday you have after a parent/Sibling/Friend has passed away. Same goes for Christmas. Its then you understand that it's all changed forever.
You know what, I think we can all say that....Every year we play around my birthday, give or take a day, we always do poorly. Doesn't matter if we've started well or not, it's always poor lol
I was 49 on Monday, didn't bat an eyelid.
Did a 10K run on Saturday to show myself I can still do it, in the boxing gym last night, keep fit and you have a better outlook and perspective on it.
On the 18th September 1993 we beat the RS 2:0 though, so I was born on the celebratory wave of that win...You know what, I think we can all say that....
30 was the worst, I took that one badly, very badly. I sobered up about 4 years later. The age - if any - when you think ffs.
30 is a bad'un isn't it?

40 I wasn't arsed about as I was happy to still be breathing after what I did from 30-34
50 the next big one for me ffs.
Don't care about age tbh. I'm nearly 30, I have a good job and a mortgage yet I don't feel grown up at all.
I work in London and see people my age in their awful suits, talking about how much they love their company etc thinking they are great, it makes me feel sick and confirms I will wear trainers all my life and will never properly shave.
30 was defo the hardest. Just not being able to say 20 something hit hard.30 was the worst, I took that one badly, very badly. I sobered up about 4 years later.

When they get the bullet at the drop of a hat, they'll realise that all they've ever been is a payroll number![]()
I know, it's so sad to see in a way. I cannot believe people fall into the trap that easily.
