I take it you don’t think spurs get points away at Chelsea or Villa?
So then they need to make up a two point gap on West Ham by playing home to Leeds and home to us.
West Ham are home to Arsenal so probably a loss there but then they’re away at Newcastle who have nothing to play for and then at home to Leeds final day who have nothing to play for…
I don’t think spurs stay up unless they get something out of Villa away or Chelsea away and I don’t think they get anything out of those

I know spurs have a better squad on paper than West Ham but West Ham have been playing so much better than Spurs in recent weeks
Spurs obviously have enough quality to stay up but I definitely don’t think it’s over, West Ham will get at least four points in my opinion, they’ll almost definitely beat Leeds final day at home if they need it

Yup. I think yesterday will prove decisive at both ends of the table. Arsenal are winning pressure games and have handy fixtures left. I think they're favourites for the title now. And Spurs have their route to safety now with three guaranteed points to come on the final day.
Can't see them staying up now. Probs bounce back next year though.
Imagine being a West Ham watching Villa put that type of performance in, I know it's your own teams fault but sometimes you need teams to help you out and I'm sure they were hoping Villa would help them stay 2pts ahead going into the last 3 games but no they make lots of changes and don't even try. Terrible.
