I'd happily split my 40 hours over 3 days. Tuesday - Thursday inclusive, 8am - 4.11pm, break for a few hours, then 7pm - midnightNot going far enough.

Would love flexi time. Recently did 29 hours split over 2 days and about 75 hours in the week, yet no real way for me cash in that extra time as I have a salary (no overtime also) and nobody really accepts you taking a day off or leaving work a few hours early for a couple of weeks, etc.since ive had the baby i work an extra 40 mins a day and take a day off every two weeks to spend with him. im lucky with the full flexi to be fair though

Though this might be more controversial... a bacon, tomato and avocado sandwich is better than either of those options.
