Just interested at what makes a boss a good boss in your opinion.
My boss is a buffoon.

In that case, her speciality is unimportant.

What makes her a great boss are the same things that make any fella a great boss, for my money...

Integrity, competence, reliability, empowers her staff, trusts us to get the job done, listens, great with clients, great communicator.

All that usual stuff.

My previous boss was a buffoon. HE was terrible.

Pride isn't/wasn't divisive.

It's just become a corporate monster now and a national excuse to get drunk and have your face painted.

Supermarkets selling rainbow sandwiches trying to cash in.

Like a lot of things, the money means the message is missed by a lot of people.

But maybe it's just because the country as a whole is more accepting, although the amount of homophobic attacks and religious zealots spouting intolerance speaks otherwise.

Thats what I mean.
