Apparently Keith Harris has said that Everton are for sale at £150m!!!! There has been no official bid, but there is interest from Middle East, India and China! On skysports news apparently.

Orville must have come up with that price, now I can see why we haven't been sold before - really over-priced! The investors in our club are trying to make a big profit, but should be happy to get anything back from the club with the shambolic way it has been run.

Why? Take the total value of contracts in the club, add on the value of land at Goodison, and two years worth of parachute payments and how far adrift of that value are you? (the accumulated debt may or may not be part of that figure, more likely not). Because that is the minimum value of the club.

Hard to see anyone fork out that amount of cash for the club with debt,stadium and investment in the team to follow aswell.

The fixed assets of the club plus the debt totals £100m on its own.
