no news at all last few days, just ongoing ,were all going to be on tenderhooks till its either dismissed or were taken over, be it by indians, yanks or whatever wish they would hurry up, fingers x there is some miles in it.

If these meetings between LCC, Jain and EFC have been going on since spring, that's a lot of time/money already invested into the project. It seems to me that it all rests on the football quarter idea. I could see this being a complicated process, relying on a number of different parties. Knowing local government, nothing gets done quickly, so this could definitely go on a bit but at least the ball is rolling.
We could definitely do with this going our way.
