Kev. I lost my phone the other day and am uninsured. Went to the Carphone warehouse today to try and get my current contract put on to a new phone and maybe they could up the tariff so I could get a better one.

They said they couldnt (wouldnt) do that and that I have to pay off this current contract for a phone I dont have. Or buy a new one for like 250 quid.
