No need to make an enquiry for Alcaraz, is a freebie now. You make enquiries for players under contract, your basically asking about availability, price of the player etc.

2-3 players of real quality are going to cost minimum of 15 mil.

I think 2-3 quality players is fine. But Martinez has said in a recent interview (USA podcast Counter Attack) that he is looking to bring in 4-5 players.

2-3 players could be signings involving a fee. The other 1/2 players could be Bosmans or Loans, so could be possible. With the only one outgoing being Heitinga.
