When we bought ferguson, Uefa Ranked England as the 8th best league in england and scotland as the 13th.

I'm not saying Hooper is an awesome footballer or anything, but to say he couldn't do a job for someone in the EPL just because he's come to prominence in Scotland is very unfair. Lots of decent players have come from "weaker" leagues than the Premier League and done just fine
