Wednesday for two reasons:

1) Their color is blue
2) Michael Palin was a Wednesday fan

Edit: Apparently Palin is actually a Blade as someone else pointed out:

"My first affinities were with United when I was at school in Sheffield. Then
in 1965 I came to live in London and just any victory for a Sheffield team
was to be welcomed.

But I had to “come out” when I was up in Sheffield eight years ago and someone
said: “Come on, you can only support one team.” So since then I have found
it easier to say I am a Blade — though I am still keen to see them both do
well".

Always preferred the Blades to the Owls. Not really sure why.

Think it's a shame Sheffield hasn't had a top-flight club for such a long time now. It's a decent city.

Would like to see one or both of them in the top flight again, along with one or both Nottingham Clubs, Villa and Derby County, to be honest.

Bollocks to Leeds though. "We all hate Leeds and Leeds, Leeds and Leeds and....."

Everton have huge support now in the USA, thanks to Tim Howard and Landon Donovan.Sheffield Wednesday had a USA international, playing for them in the early 90's, by the name of John Harkes. He became the second american to play at Wembley Stadium, in the Owls win over Manchester United in the 1991 League Cup final. In the 1993 League Cup final, which the Owls lost to Arsenal, Harkes became the second american to score a goal at Wembley.A bit of trivia there for the american blues on here.
