I thought loads of straight men fantasised about doing women up the bum. It's supposed to be one of their favourite fantasies, along with a threesome with 2 women.Anal sex eith a women does not make them gay. Lol

We can't make no judgement on this case but he innocent until proven guilty. Im not sure this will even end up in a criminal court. More likely a civil court.
It sucks balls. I've had DFLA types courting me on Twitter telling me they care about rape survivors, honest! As if. I don't trust them. They've turned on survivors who refuse to go along with them.Just a passing comment:
I think there needs to be a very serious discussion about how we, as men, conduct ourselves sexually. Looking back to a relatively recent past, I shudder at some of the actions I've seen throughout my life - whereas at the time I just took it as "boys being boys".
Honestly couldn't imagine what it must feel like to be a woman right now.
Dangerous precedent for all cases of this type, whether in favour of the man or woman. Legal cases should play out in the courts and not on social media. In the last few weeks, we have seen a high profile US politician be publicly accused and treated as guilty (not saying I support either way) with no evidence. We've seen 2 footballers lose a civil case and forced to pay after being cleared in the legal courts. Now probably the highest profile sportsman on the planet accused through a magazine article. Again, I'll stress that I'm not making a call either way (which is the point I suppose I'm trying to make). I am just very uncomfortable with the way legal matters are now handled and skewed in front of a public audience.Which TBH is the most concerning thing about this.
We as a society in the West cannot allow very serious allegations like this, which are emphatically criminal in nature, to end up being dealt with as a matter of course in the civil courts. For a start, it allows the wealthy to - in effect - pay money rather than be sent to prison.
I'm definitely not a legal expert myself either.
But I think there's definitely the presumption of innocence. It's up to the prosecution to prove that someone is guilty. Not for the person charged to prove they are innocent.
I have to say I've been to plenty of people's bedrooms without wanting them to have sex with me, so i'm not sure I follow your logic. These cases must be a nightmare.
Committing the crime is a seriously disgusting thing - but I find it harder to believe these kind of cases when they willingly go back to the defendants room.
