She did go to the LVMPD, but they've stated that at no point did she identify her attacker; whether that was because she was unable or it was a choice is unclear.

I'm not implying it suggests that she is lying or that he is innocent of any crime, merely that his defence team will use it and the deal as a strong counter-argument.

Well he’s already paid her out once hasn’t he so I don’t think she likely to face any criminal charges , reasonable doubt goes both ways so good luck persuading anyone that she’s guilty beyond Reasonable doubt of making false allegations . So my guess if no charges face him or he’s acquitted nothing , other than she’ll probably get a lot of stick online and sympathy from others.

I think if the reporting of the document in which he allegedly accepts she said no and asked him to stop is true , I’ve no idea if it is , then that’s clearly huge and will cause him massive problems legally.

I don’t know enough about the case but things in it , that document for one are a concern that’s for sure . For me I think it’s easy for a lot of people to believe the allegations against Weinstein because he hasn’t really got fans and the same with glitter and Cosby to a degree . Once you get to Tyson and Jackson you see that being a fan can sometimes make it hard to people to believe the worst .
