Spoke to a couple of people who went and even without watching it when they were downplaying it a bit I felt it was the bye playing it's part again so good to read that. Cheers mate

Good start but going o be tight , I love the rowing

yeh it was his timing more than anything else, in full flow his punishes his opponents more than that when they fall short or miss, not sure what his draw is for the quarters, but he is one I would have picked to medal before it all started

Selby fights a Cuban next.

By the way the yank who reports say was robbed last night has been reinstated with the Indian chucked out , penalised for spitting out gumshield and repeated holding apparently

Yes! That was a disgusting call, but like the Japanese guy from the other day I'm glad justice has been served.

The Americans had lost all their boxers already and I think it was harsh, so it's good to see them still have someone in it.

I didn't see it so can't comment but the reaction backs that up , had family there yesterday and they aren't the most knowledgable boxing wise but they felt it was certainly the wrong call. To be fair to have a decision reversed at the Games it must have been a dreadful call.

He battered the Indian in the last round, it was so one-sided, but he lost that round...? It was stupid.

Not quite as bad as the other overturned one though, with the Japanese kid. The ref who got that one wrong has been sent home and a lot of people are accusing him of match-fixing, as it's apparently a problem in the country the ref's from.

yeh that was the suprise, I didnt see it either, been told its the right call, but unless its a technicality, its pretty hard to get a decision reversed, is it the decision itself thats been reversed or have they DQ'd the Indian lad for spitting his gumshield, or taken points off his card
