The Oldies Thread

The last few weeks I've had a pain in my heel when walking. Been provisionally diagnosed as 'plantar fasciitis' (inflamation of the tissue running from the heel to the toes. For those who didn't know, which includes me). Have to get an xray to rule out the possibility of heel spurs or fractures.
Gives me loads of opportunities for a good moan about ageing, health service waiting lists and how much I sacrifice for my family.

I've had this (table tennis ? injury) did a full programme of rehab and still never fully free of the pain.
