During the 6 day war, most of the U.K. populace supported Israel. The Elite supported the Arabs because the Israelis didn’t have any oil. Nowadays, the left support the Arabs because the Israelis are taking their land and the Elite support the Israelis because they are a bulwark against Iran and have nukes. But the U.K. main populace don’t know who to support because on the one hand we don’t want to be accused of anti semitism nor of failing to support the Palestinians. But the Palestinians keep throwing missiles at Israel and are supported by Iran. So to sum up, I should leave them alone to kill each other.........

I remember a mate of many years ago summarising the 6 day war as a war between the sweaty arabs and the tight jews, I always felt that political punditry lost out when he decided to make a career as a chef.

Shes doing ok mate been better today, thanks for asking. The lads here have been great I dont like bringing my problems on here but my head was kettled on Saturday night.

I drove past the local butchers today, and it was empty, of customers, not meat.

Don’t worry, we have a kids section. That was a great video and brings back memories. The 69-70 team is the best Everton side I’ve ever watched, and I saw the 62-63 side plus of course our mid 80’s teams. All great sides, all capable of beating anyone, but 69-70 was something special.....
