Depends what you mean by that. What does it mean to be a failure as a human being? He certainly excelled as Mayor of London. He also was wildly successful with his role in the referendum and then in a huge General Election win as a party leader.

As a person he has had a fair bit of success yes Brexit, he jumped on the bandwagon and brexit was founded and won on lies, Boris excels at lies. But human, a human is judged in my view not just on success or money earned, but by what and who he became to get there. A serial liar, bully, narcissist, lazy bumbling fool is not a good human being in my view, that's where we probably differ and will never agree.

Surely everyone that votes in favour of the recommendation will do so because it's blindingly obvious that Johnson lied and deliberately misled parliament.
The state of the Tory party that anyone could try to mount a defence of this serial liar.

Let’s not be naive here eh…..

You

That’s because he’s a horrible lying scumbag and coward, who completely disrespects democracy.

Something cretins who voted for Brexit have been telling other people is something we should all respect for the last 5 years.

Disrespects democracy. Do you not even feel embarrassed by using these words. 17.4 million people voted for Brexit, have you or most on here ever accepted that massive democratic vote. Then we had the shenanigans in our so called Democratic Parliament where hard line Remainers and their mates in the CS did everything they could to try and stop or undermine it. Then we had a General Election and Boris led the Tories to an 80 seat majority. Labour, led by a man who would not accept the result, but for political reasons now pretends he does, knew that with Boris as PM they had no chance but assisted by a scheming backstabbing Chancellor helped to remove him from office without either a single vote in Parliament nor in the country. We now have this report from a committee of avowed and publicly communicated Boris haters, who had expressed their verdicts before even beginning the process, asking for a 90 day ban, removal of pass etc. I’m just surprised they don’t defrock him in public. Again Labour and Sunak are very pleased over this and so come Monday, Conservative MP’s don’t even have to attend the vote and Labour and co will do its worst. Not one single vote from the public either on his removal nor on Sunak’s appointment.

Is this what you mean by respecting Democracy, if so you should hang your head in shame……

Excelled as mayor? Colleagues of his would definitely disagree.
He came to meetings completely unbriefed despite a lot of hard work done to help him in that regard.
In fact, he literally didn't know what he was talking about much of the time.

No Pete, morals again mate anyone whi votes him guilty will be right and it does not matter which political party they are from. Penny Mourdant as deputy speaker was she ? Yesterday got it right you vote on the evidence and ig should be a free vote, remember democracy. Whilst that disgusting pos Dorries is threatening Tory MP's to vote for Boris come what may. There is a difference e en in the Tory party. It wasn't just a piece of cake Pete, no matter how many times you say it.

There‘s that word Democracy again. Mordaunt should have been PM and not Sunak. But it’s history now. But as I posted, please don’t try and say that any of this political stitch up is in any way democratic …..

Begs the question why he won't face off his peers or electorate if democracy is so important. Comes down to the Boris is coward and knows the game is up. Those who still support him now have nothing else to hang onto but a liar and coward, speaks volumes about them...

No, it still begs the question regarding respect for Democracy, which no remainer has done. I have no doubt that if Boris wants to get back into Politics he will receive a massive vote to do so. He’s been the subject of an in party stitch up and a committee hatchet job and he is probably doing the right thing by being well away from the forthcoming electoral demolition of the conservatives…..

To be fair, everyone (except the tories) has been crying out for a general election since bojo the clown was booted out. That is democratic.

Oh god, where to even start with this eye piss.

Brexit happened, you won, only problem is, it is an utter shambles. We are not disrespecting democracy by pointing that out. We have had to respect the result, because we have no say in the matter.

It is also not disrespecting democracy pointing out to you that the result was based on a series and lies and mistruths, from a team of shysters led by your mop hairded man crush, a serial liar and danger to the country.

You know this, I know this. Only difference is that like your man crush, you are a petulant child who can’t deal with the facts any more. It also pains you that everything that was predicted to happen with the rancid bag of custard you support has actually happened.

For some reason you insist on backing him, despite his criminal overseeing of U.K. politics. But then again as I’ve said previously, you are probably a bit that way out yourself if that’s the type of thing you support.

Even Trump has a band of simpletons following him. This is just basically that on a smaller scale

No need really. Make your points by all means but why the personal insults, do you think this gives your views more gravitas or are you just trying to play the man and not the ball…..
