Unlikely.I think Starmer should have a field day at PMQ’s this week…….
Can you imagine that person saying or doing anything controversial?

No, of course, but again, I thought that was the accusation, that politicians don't know anything about "real life", which is why I suggested that perhaps the civil servants are the ones that do most of the heavy lifting and try to stop the idiotic politicians above them ballsing things up too much.
I would hope "partygate" is the aperitif to wider influence and corruption of the Tory party and its governments from Russian oligarch monies. What I've never been able to understand about these lovers of Johnson is why they are able to easily accept the Russian influence into UK politics under his watch.
They easily sweep under the carpet this betrayal and treachery of their beloved country, whilst last month going around with union jack flags plastered all over their car and home.

Oh fair enough, that makes sense and to be honest it doesn't matter what Government are in the Civil servants are the same.

Which they have for the last 13 years. It’s the incompetence of the CS that’s the main problem though. Governments get elected on a manifesto that the people vote for, governments then try to steer the legislation and manifesto commitments through Parliament and the HoL. The senior CS are supposed to bring experience and competence in helping to see it through and then deliver it. This is the bit that continually fails due to either incompetence or an active rearguard action to defeat the government because they think ‘they know best’…..

Brilliant show. Malcolm Tucker's "grasp" of Star Wars is probably the greatest highlight. Love In the Loop, as well.Have you watched The Thick of It?
If you don't know how governments work, check it out. It's also really funny.

The thick of it, yes I have. But the real lessons come from Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister…get the books or watch the videos, universities should teach this……
"I prefer my satire half a century old! That's how I stay up to date!"
Can it not just be that a government made up of maniacs and idiots has no implementable ideas?
That could well be so, and certainly will be when Starmer gets in…..
I mean, even somebody as empty headed as you should have been able to suss out that it was the biggest blag ever and a poor attempt at deflection for his Russian links. The stupid fell for it.Does this ‘Russian Influence’ include Boris leading the way in the Wests support to Ukraine….asking for a Mr Zelensky…….
