If your car qualifies as "clean", good to go. Also, plenty of reasons why you dont need to pay it, (hospital visits for example). I am not a fan of it, but I get the reasons behind it. Not a clue what the London policy is.

Johnson could have stayed on challenged the Tory led standard committee as their findings and judgement is just a
recommendation which every MP would vote on. A parliament which still has whopping great Tory majority, Johnson is so cowardly he is literally scared of his own Party of Government. Karma is a wonderful thing.

I accidentally went through Bristol a few months ago. Didn't have to pay anything. If you have a smallish normal car you're fine. The vast majority of the population don't need anything bigger.

I think history may be kinder to Boris than you believe. Similar to when he was London Mayor and succeeded by the ULEZ loving Khan….but it’s all history now……

There was a quite amazing vox pop on the news yesterday, some fat scruff (in an unwashed red t-shirt) (mid to late 50's bloke) was interviewed somewhere south of Birmingham and was asked about johnson being a liar and a law breaker and would he like him back, his reply was 'yes' because he is a 'likeable character'.
Ignorance is bliss, the great unwashed don't care, they've got ant n dec to watch and horrific shooting video's to entertain them via their phones, and twitter facebook tiktok to update. 'Does it sound good?' (brexit) 'then yeah I'm all for it...'
