Resignations have left Boris exposed now for when police investigation concludes fines won't be enough, as they know what will happen, they would have be thrown under the bus to save Boris.(operation big dog).

And more generally reckon many Boris Tories have really read this wrong the sheer anger and contempt out there for what has gone on and how it's been handled. Many people have sacrificed some of the most significant moments with family friends in their lives which won't be gotten back on the balance sheet, they are having their feeling spavved on literally. The media and opposition are running with it because readership and electorate want them too.
