To sum up the past 6 weeks then.
The prime minister introduced covid rules only to deflect attention away from accusations made at him and this government.
Now the prime minister is removing restrictions to deflection attention from accusations made at him and his government.
If we have already established by now that the rules means nothing because the ones making them don't follow them. There is no logical reason to ever introduce covid rules ever again for this government because they have been proven now to be political rather than for health reasons.
Quite fitting that by the end of Johnson's reign , his mismanagement of the pandemic simply comes down to playing politics.

Wonder how far this is going to undermine the UK Gov & NATO’s stance on Ukraine. Although the consensus is Russia can walk into Ukraine and be welcomed, taking over without firing a bullet.
