I mean, that's pretty much how the whipping system works, threatening to destroy people's careers if they dont vote with the whip, so either Wragg is trying it on, or the whips have gone above and beyond and threatened something particularly egregious. Threatening to withhold funding for constituencies would fit that description.
My money would be on the second, with this bunch of thugs currently in power.
I feel this is building to one large nuke of a reveal. Almost seems like somebody is in the background just drip feeding stuff, seeing where the ball lands. When that doesn't work, here have sommat else.

I’m as far away from a Royalist as ya can get really. But her real leadership in setting that example stands out a mile in comparison to the shower who’ve been running things.
