Surprising headline for the daily hail... Looking like their poster boy Boris has had his chips. Actually had to go and look at the newsstand in tescos as I thought it was fake.View attachment 114764
Not really that surprising. Look above the headline to the bit in purple. Think about Ms Vines connections.
Coupled with Priti Patels comments this morning, think its fair to say the starting gun has been fired on a leadership challenge.

Straight contest between Richy "make hedge funds great again" Rich, and the GovePob.
Dark horse Jeremy "I just love the NHS" Twunt

Johnnson's choice of words are interesting at times. Didn't he say that Brexit would be a "titanic" success? And today he said that Brexit would be "El Dorado" for British fishermen.

The Titanic sank, and El Dorado only existed in myth.

He's just taking the piss out of us all, ain't he?
I think he meant this El Dorado.

Par for the course for a racist misogynistic relic from the past...see John Osborne's play.."Look back in anger" for a comparison with Colonel Redfern..who "harked back to an Empire on which the sun never sets"
The last time the population of Britain was 10-15 million was 1821-1851. That was of, course, mainly 'indigenous' people.

What I can tell you is that we truly did everything we could, and continue to do everything that we can, to minimise loss of life and to minimise suffering in what has been a very, very difficult stage, and a very, very difficult crisis for our country, and we will continue to do that.” - Johnson.

100,000 dead after he did everything he could to minimise loss of life.

If that was the statement of a leader of a tin pot regime in south east Asia there'd be astonishment and outrage.

How he had the balls to go on TV, looking like an utter scruff, and give a half arsed apology like that I will never know and yet the COVIDiots and the Tory delusionists will be feeling sorrow for him. He should have been using that presser to not only apologise but offer his resignation

He didn't apologise at all for his personal role in the the devastation of the past year. He gives crocodile tears a bad name.
People have short memories :

Imagine the reaction if a Labour PM went on national tv to announce the passing of a 100,000 death toll with his hair looking like he'd been pulled through a hedge backwards?

There would have been absolute bedlam.

The Tories know they can count on the media and the serfs to say absolutley f.a. about such an insult to the dead and their families though.
