What are your thoughts on going back to keeping a shirt multiple years, BFS?
A two-year stint would be perfect. Two outfield kits and a two goalkeeper kits, regardless of playing in Europe or not. Pretty sure European teams use the same colours as British teams.

Each shirt should cost no more than 30 pounds, or a full kit for 45 pounds. Any name and number, within reason, for a fiver. Another fiver if you want the Premier League badges ironed on.

All reduced by a half once into the final months of the two-season stint.

Training t-shirts should be 15 quid each. A tenner once we enter the final third of the season.

Really don't get all the complaints about the kit not being out yet. Does it really matter? Are we that bothered about comparing ourselves to what Liverpool fans are doing? And everyone keeps on going on about having the kit for summer holidays, but they don't start for a month anyway, and the kit's due out then! Someone mentioned dropping £200 on the new kits. Will you not buy it just because it doesn't come out before your holidays? Surely if you're spending that much you'll buy it whenever? None of this makes any sense to me.

Would it work if they staggered the launch. Home kit every 2 years, Away kit every alternate 2 years. Club gets annual 'launch event', Fans get longevity out of their gear.

mate I always had that attitude. I haven't bought a kit for years but the point is with us to trying to catch the teams above us every penny counts. Liverpool are making money NOW with their kit out & kids pestering parents for it. Its not about a new kit coming out so why rush, we miss tricks every year & our commercial department come across as sleeping at the wheel with many things

Think thats how it worked in the nineties. Was a good idea.
