Yeah, I mean it's unlikely to be serious. It could be a small cellulitic area or just your body's response to a cut. I wouldn't lose any sleep, but visit your GP

Try hitting it with a small hammer. It should sort the lumpy bit out. (I think the lumpy bits are spiders eggs, laid in your finger as you slept)

The font used for ST JULIANS doesn't match the font used for MEDIA, or they're different sizes. The font and size you've used for media looks better.

I don't know if it's something I've taken but all I see when I look at that camera is a 1 armed 2 headed person who's off their tits on something.
