Dogs are amazing creatures! They require little to give you everything.

I'll have to part from both my dogs in a month or so, which is kinda sh*t. Also one is getting on with the years, and I don't even know what I would do if I come back from uni or whatever one day and he's not here to be happy and jump around me and stuff...

And a dog which was at our village house was as old as me until he died 2 years ago. I was proper gutted, he was the best, calmest and smartest mo'fukkah ever! :'(

I've been gone for a couple of days, a sort of self imposed exile. But i coming back as i feel absolutely lost right now. My childhood pet, a Dachshund, died literally in my arms at around 7.20 pm today. She had been looking older recently but still had a lot of spark and showed no signs of pain until today when her breathing was laboured. She was only 12 years old which for her breed is not very old. She was the sister i never had and right now i feel sick and a huge part of my life has gone. Feels just as hard as when any of my family members have died. Life sucks at times

I imagine there was no place she'd have rather spent her last minutes than in your arms, mate. Gutted for you here, and RIP the Dachshund.

Ahh thats rubbish mate- really sorry to hear that. People who dont have pets dont understand how close they become. My cay went missing for 3 days this weekend and considering he only stays in the garden normally it was a worry. Luckily he came back yesterday though.
